Shipping Policy

At Avemos®, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find the complete details of our shipping terms and delivery procedures.

1. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We ship our Avemos Travel Pillow to customers worldwide.

We proudly offer FREE tracked shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. There are no shipping charges regardless of your order value or destination (where shipping is available).

2. Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our fulfillment hubs within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your payment confirmation.

Once your order is handed over to our shipping carriers, you will receive an automated email notification containing your unique tracking number and shipment details.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Depending on your location, estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days.
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 6–10 business days.
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days.
  • Rest of the World: 8–15 business days.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary slightly due to seasonal high volumes, customs inspections, or extreme weather conditions.

4. Order Tracking

Every shipment is fully traceable. You can monitor the progress of your delivery by clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email, or by entering your tracking number on our tracking portal.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the initial tracking status online.

If your tracking has not been updated for more than 10 business days, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment with the carrier.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, handling fees, and any other governmental or carrier-imposed charges arising from the importation of the purchased goods into the destination country (collectively, the "Import Charges") shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product listing, checkout page, shipping method description, or order confirmation, all orders are shipped on a duties-and-taxes-unpaid basis, and Import Charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges paid to the Seller.

Where a product listing, shipping method, or checkout process explicitly states that duties and taxes are included in the purchase price or shipping cost (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid), the applicable Import Charges will be paid by the Seller on behalf of the Buyer to the extent specified in such offer.

The Buyer agrees to timely pay all applicable Import Charges required for customs clearance and delivery of the goods. Failure or refusal to pay such charges may result in delays, storage fees, return of the shipment, abandonment, destruction of the goods, or other actions taken by customs authorities or carriers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if the Buyer refuses delivery, fails to pay Import Charges, or otherwise causes the shipment to be returned, abandoned, or destroyed, the Seller shall have no obligation to refund any amounts paid for the goods, shipping costs, customs charges, return shipping fees, storage fees, handling fees, or any other costs incurred in connection with the order.

The Seller shall not be liable for any delays, additional costs, penalties, confiscations, or other actions taken by customs authorities or governmental agencies in the destination country.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
